The Trial of Professor X - The Trial Begins

Judge Brak: Professor X, you are charged with sexual abuse by controlling women's minds and making them pleasure you. How you do plead?
Defense Attorney Space Ghost: he pleads not guilty
Prosecutor Hulk: Bruce Banner for the state.
Judge Brak: Very well. Mr. Banner, you may proceed with your opening statements.
Hulk: If it please the court. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, what we have here is worst form of sexual harassment possible... mental sexual harassment. In an attempt to conceal his action, Professor Xavier made Wilma Flintstone perform sexual acts on him by controlling her mind. In doing so, he tried to make it seem as though she did it by choice, and the defense will claim that Xavier did nothing to FORCE her into doing those acts. Ladies and gentlemen, do not let the defense's attempt to misconstrue the events of that night blind you to the facts and what Xavier did. The prosecution will also prove that this isnt the first time Xavier has done these kinds of things. Thank you.
Brak: Mr. Space Ghost, your opening statement.
Space Ghost: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, do not let an overzealous district attorney and anti-mutant sympathiser dictate how you view the facts of the case. Professor Xavier did not do anything to Mrs. Flintstone to make her do anything. Mrs. Flintstone is a woman with a questionable past and in an unhappy marriage. My client realizes that he shouldnt have had an affair with a married woman, but in a moment of weakness, he succumbed. He regrets that decision, but maintains that everything done that night was consensual, and the defense will prove it.
